We aim to be fair on both sides: you shouldn't pay for work that wasn't delivered as agreed, and completed custom work can't be "returned." Here's how refunds work.
Deposits
Deposits are refundable up until work begins. Once the team has started on your project, the deposit becomes non-refundable, because time and resources have already been committed to it.
When you can get a refund
- You cancel before work has started
- We fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe and don't communicate a new date
- The delivered product materially differs from the agreed scope and can't be resolved through revisions
- A store product is fundamentally broken and we can't fix it
When refunds don't apply
- Change of mind after work has been delivered as agreed
- Issues caused by third-party software, other plugins, or your hosting environment after delivery
- Partial refunds for unused revision rounds
How to request a refund
Open a ticket in our Discord or email us with your order ID and the reason for your request. Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days, and approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method.
This article is a summary. The full legal version lives in our Terms of Service — if there's ever a conflict, the Terms win.
Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us first voids your license to use any delivered work and may result in a service ban, per our Terms of Service. Talk to us — refund requests are always reviewed fairly.
