Short answer: yes. Longer answer: your project is already confidential by default, NDA or not.

Our default stance

Every project we take on is treated as confidential. We don't discuss your project, your server, or your business details with anyone outside the team members working on it. Files, credentials, and conversations stay inside your private project channel.

Signing an NDA

If you want a formal agreement, we're happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before any details are shared. You can provide your own NDA, or ask us for our standard mutual NDA. Just mention it in your first message — NDAs are handled before scoping begins, so nothing sensitive is discussed until it's signed.

Portfolio rights

We sometimes ask permission to showcase completed work in our portfolio or Discord showcase channel. This is always optional — you can decline, or approve only specific screenshots, and we'll respect that permanently. Work covered by an NDA is never showcased, period.

Have compliance requirements beyond an NDA (e.g., for a company or brand)? Mention it when you contact us and we'll work with your legal team's process.
