Ordering custom work from Nexus is a guided process — you don't need to figure anything out alone. Here's exactly what happens.
Placing a custom order
- Open a ticket in our Discord or message us through the contact page.
- Receive your quote. After scoping, we send you a written quote with the full price, what's included, and the estimated delivery date.
- Approve the quote. Reply to confirm you're happy with everything. Nothing is locked in until you say yes.
- Pay the invoice. We send an invoice for the deposit (typically 50% upfront). The remaining balance is due on delivery.
- Work begins. You're added to your project's private channel and the team gets started, usually within 24–48 hours.
Store purchases
Ready-made products (configs, setups, graphics packs) are purchased directly through our BuiltByBit store and delivered instantly after payment — no quote or ticket needed.
Rush orders
Need something faster than the standard timeline? Ask about rush delivery when requesting your quote. Rush orders carry a priority fee and are subject to team availability.
Important: We never begin work before the deposit is paid, and we only accept payment through invoices sent by verified staff in your ticket. If someone asks you to pay them directly, report it.
