Starting a project with Nexus takes just a few minutes. Here's how the process works from your first message to kickoff.
The process, step by step
- Reach out. Open a ticket in our Discord server or use the contact page. Tell us what you're looking to build.
- Scope it together. We'll ask a few questions to understand exactly what you need and suggest options if you're unsure.
- Get a quote. You'll receive a clear price and estimated timeline before anything starts. No hidden fees.
- Confirm and pay the deposit. Once you accept the quote, we send an invoice. Work begins as soon as the deposit is paid.
- Kickoff. You're added to a private channel with the team working on your project, and updates start flowing.
What to include in your first message
- The type of project (plugin, server setup, graphics, bot, website, etc.)
- A short description of what you want it to do or look like
- Your rough budget range, if you have one
- Any deadline you're working toward
- Links to examples or references you like
Tip: The more detail you give us upfront, the faster and more accurate your quote will be. A detailed first message can shave days off the scoping phase.
